Another goal met!

Hey readers! I'm back with another goal met. I'm almost to 100,000 words, but the goal was 90,000. Still feeling good about it as the story is coming along very nicely.

Since we've all been staying indoors, I'm getting more and more into anime/manga. My latest love is Demon Slayer. Has anyone ever heard of it? It's a really good anime. I've just ordered the manga, and I can't wait until it's here. Also, I've never really put much thought into it, but there are a lot of professional cosplayers out there. They dress up as your favorite character, and get paid for it. Or, they do public spots and promote different things ... it's nuts! Anyway, I'm starting to follow one of these cosplayers, and so far, he is my favorite of them all. He cosplays MANY anime/video game characters, and he does it well! Here's a few of my favorites ....

It's all the same guy! He does these characters up really well. He goes by ModeratelyOkayCosplay, and I don't know much about him, just that he cosplays as a professional.

These days, you don't have to be out of college with a fancy degree to make your way in the world. This guy is out there, doing his thing and probably doing a nice job at it. 

Then, there's me. I'm a part time barista, but my passion, as you all know, is writing. And, I plan on writing for the rest of my life. I'm hoping to make a nice career out of this someday, and I pray it's getting to that point. One of these days ...

Anyway, that's all for now. I guess, I could do a quick update on book 2 ...

So, I've recently gone over the whole book as it is so far. Found every last scene or chapter to be finished, and listed them all. It's quite a few. I've gone over them, and am now continuing the process of completing each one. And, I'm still adding chapters. But, once I'm finished, I'm pretty sure the book will be completed. I'm excited!!

I'll be back soon with another post, hopefully one that is more detailed. I'm currently trying to fit in a few new supernatural gifts to some of my characters. To who? I guess you'll just have to wait and see!
